My car was on the 8 of march 2013 i called the insurance and advised them, they then sent out a investgator and all was fine on the on the 22 of march i had to call in to see how far everything was fine and the claim was approved yet to this day even after signing the agreement of loss i am still waiting for payment to be made to me, what really get me down as a cliet is that if you do not call them you will never know whats happening, that if you even get through i have sent a number of emails and to date have not recieved a respons.
i was told that they are short staffed and that i must please be patient!!! hello im the customer what happened if i had to say "please insure my car next month i cant pay you now cause im broke" guess what that will never happen
i really hope that this will be resolved soon as i will have to get a new car once the payment is made and if regents service is like this i will rather in sure with a insurance company that will bend over backwards for me
i was told today that the payment has to still be authorized??? so how long will it take we have a very long weekend comming up i cannot afford another dealy
please sort this out!!
