FNB ATM

I was withdrawing money from the FNB Atm by Glenfair (Lynwood), the money I was withdrawing got reversed I dont know for what, no reason was given. I had to use a different bank ATM to get my money which charged me extra costs, as i needed the money I had no choice but to use a different bank because FNB couldn't help. I need an explanation as to why that happened.
