I phoned MIWAY requesting for a cross border letter and Henry conducted all the security checks to confirm if I am the policy holder. He e-mailed the requested document immediatetly and went an extra mile in asking if I had any querries or any disclosures to make with regards to my policy after reading the conditions out to me.

I highlighted that I lodged a complint regarding my renewal policy e-mailed to me and still never got any response from the consultants I had referred the matter to and he just asked to me to relate the querry to him. My line went off as we were talking and he phoned me back to hear my querry. He then attentively amd attended my querry and got it resolved emmediatelty and even send me written confirmation.
