I called to cancel my policy with MiWay

I called in to cancel my policy, was put through to client services.

The consultant who helped me was Seitshiro. After explaining my reasons for wanting to terminate my policy, Seitshiro vehemently apologised as if it was his fault. At no stage did he make it seem like my reasons for wanting to cancel were petty or unfounded, rather he acknowledged that any one in my shoes would feel this way.

The most outstanding behaviour I picked up during my conversation with Seitshiro is the way he handled the querry as though MiWay is his personal company and that I was the only client. Amazingly!!!

To cut the long story short, not only was I calmer at the end of the call but decided to stay with MiWay.

I thought this kind of service should be praised especially with the lack of such these days, it is only fair point it out.

I really appreciate, it feels like I wasn't alone.

Up with professionalism Seitshiro, way to go.
