My policy was updated after a year and due to unhappiness of the increase in the policy in certain areas, I sent an email to Miway on Sunday evening.
Teboho Maphela phoned back yesterday (Wednesday 9 October 2013) and without any problems, he helped me get the policy to my liking. He really did go the extra mile for me and I would always want to go back to Teboho Maphela.
Some consultants are just doing their work to complete the day, he went the extra mile!!!
