Account Settlement

I have been trying to get a settlement letter from this company for a few days now but I am just not getting any joy. I am not able to go to any branch to do this in person so I am relying on the technology that we have to simply this process but this company keeps reading my emails and just ignoring. All I want is a letter with a settlement amount emailed back to me so that I can make the necessary payments and close off this account. How difficult is that to achieve? When I dont make payments I recieve 6 calls a day from different consultants for payment but now when a client wants to pay no one is willing to help. What kind of service is this?
