On 22-03-2013 I reported a cracked toilet cistern to OUTSURANCE. The toilet and hand basin in the quest bathroom (no bath tub) are both yellow. The assessor Celina informed me Ousurance does not do "color matching" and therefor the new cistern will be white. I told her that is unacceptable to me and I feel they should at least replace the complete toilet.. I was prepared to replace the basin myself. on 25-03-2013 Outsurance informed me, if I do not want a white cistern, they are just going to pay the money into my bank account.
I feel this is a shoddy service for a client who has been with them for more than 20 years and who pays in full to avoid any access payments.
