Good Day

I am very upset because to date have Outsurance Phoned me to find out if my car was repaired 100%.

Well NO I have phoned you 6 times and have send 3 emails regarding this plus pictures on how my car had look like the first time I got it back from the Panel Beaters.

I must give the Panel beater the credit because the came back to me faster than Outsurance.

Well my car is still not right and I am not going to take it back to the panel beater because you wait for your car a week, then they say your car will be ready 10H00 the next day you pitch up there and have to wait an hour because it is not ready.

But here is the best thing. Outsurance was quick to send me the letter that my premium will go up. Sorry for that I am going to cancel my insurance if I do not get any feedback and my car is sorted 100%.
