We had hail damage on our car and use Outsurance to insurance it (BIG MISTAKE!!!)
The car has been with the Panelbeaters for over 2 months, and every time we tried to find out what's happening all Outsurance does is send a message to WEST RAND PANEL BEATERS to give them feedback.
The car was delivered back today, dirty, damaged and it looks like it was used during this process.
I now understand what a you are and that you use the cheapest suppliers in the market so that you can maximize your profits.
Unfortunately you have done a disservice on the wrong customer and unless my problem is resolved to my satisfaction, I will do everything in my power and using the means available to me to discredit you and the panel beater and take legal action against both of you (and I have the means!!!)
Stella Mbatha has been managing this problem and all I see is emails being sent to the panel beaters for feedback claim no 89810482
