Debit Order Has Not Been switched FROM LAST YEAR!

I WENT TO STANDARD BANK SANDTON CITY TO CHANGE A DEBIT FROM AN OLD ACCOUNT TO MY NEW ACCOUNT AT STANDARD BANK ON 15 OCT 2012, MY DEBIT ORDERS HAVE NOT BEEN SWITCHED! ITS NOW JANUARY, THE CONSULTANT WHO HELPED ME SAID IT WOULD TAKE A MONTH, WHICH CLEARLY IT HASNT. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP, I GET TRANSFERED FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT, A LADY AT THE CALL CENTRE PUT DOWN THE PHONE ON ME BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY WASN'T INTRESTED IN MY PROBLEM, EVERY TIME MY DEBIT ORDER BOUNCES ITS R100 FEE, AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY THIS BECAUSE OF STANDARD BANKS INCOMPETENCE? SIMPLER, BETTER, FASTER WHAT A JOKE!!!
