I can't take this any longe

I'm a Prestige account holder, apparently I have a banker and someone who should be helping me with all my banking issues. However this is not happening.
I purchased a car recently and was waiting for a debit order to go through which was scheduled on the date I did not agree on, for some reason the debit order was rejected and there was money on my account. I have been trying since the beginning of this month to get someone to tell me where to pay for this month's car installment and I'm not getting anywhere. I have called and been on the phone with so many people and no one seems to have a solution.
I'm at point where I want nothing to do with Standard Bank. Right now I want to cancel the car finance, close my account and move to another bank. I cannot take this anymore. This is business and my credit worthiness at stake. I'm just one client out of hundreds of thousands for you and it means nothing to you. All I'm asking please show me where I need to go to pay for my installment while I'm looking for a new bank that will pay attention to my business and take me serious.
