I called Nedbank Personal Loans with query for Collections, requested for a call recording but Sibusiso did not want to assist kept on shifting the blame to Client Services yet it was Collections query. His service was so bad. Spoke to Nomthandazo from Client Services and was willing to assist however the was no solution.
