I have been a FNB client for a very long time but today i was highly disgusted with what they did, taking money out of my account, my personal account that has no linked debit orders, and no permission from me to fnb to use that account for debit orders, 5 min before i was going to make my rent payment and car payments, they took almost 10 000 out of my account, they did not notify me or call me about this and yet when i call them they say they cant help me. im sorry but i don't want to bank with people who do what they want with my account and my money when they want, i am def going to see a lawyer regarding this.
