I have called the call centre 4 times and every time I tell them to please change the debit order date because we only get paid on the last day of the month, every time they tell me it is paid, in December i called because the debit order was taken of on the 15th I was told because people get paid early, we did not we got paid on the 24th!! so it bounced and then I called them in Jan and Feb and now again it has gone off on the 22nd, what do I have to do to change the date as well as 3 emails on the 24/11 and the 11 jan 2013, cancell the policy?
