Bad Attitude of Staff at Westgate

I had a call yesterday 09/02/2013 from Blue Bean that I am in arrears that I have not paid
I told the there is a mistake that I have paid both my credit cards on the 08/02/2013
She was very rude to me and ask me when I going to do the payment and at what bank
I said to here that I will go to Nortgate.

But I decide to go to Westgate where I have deposit the money, and I have my deposit slips where the credit cards no is
Two different accounts and two different amounts

Alice assist me at Westgate she did the transfer from the one account to the other, now I want to know how fault is this
Standard Bank or my.
Her answer was " Last month I also made a mistake and they had to fix. Something to do legal thing, but I never do the payment
Myself I do send someone to do it for me." Sow how can they fix something I the card holder is not there in person.
So I do think they have not got there fact write. They don't want to except that is there
fault. I had to take of work, and how is going to pay my late payment charges on my card and how is go to pay the transfer fees on the account that
they have transfer the money out.

I DON'T EVEN THINK SOMEONE WILL REPLY TO THIS
