ACCOUNT DR WITHOUT MY PERMISION

I have received a dr on my account for R299 ON THE 1 fEBRUARY 2013. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY ONE PERMISION TO DO SO .i would like this matter to be resolved as a matter of urggency and expect the funds back in my account.

i would also like to find out how you received the authority to dr my account.
