Terrible Service!

I have been with Nedbank for a few years and I have gone over to private banking.

I honestly do not know what I pay for. They promise to do everything for you and make it easy for me when I travel for work.

They cannot complete simple tasks like money transfers without 3-4 emails. They flat out ignore the 1st email usually. To get the proof of payment emailed to me also takes another 2-3 emails. They just don't seem to care. What kind of service is this? I am always having to beg for things to get done. Why does it take getting angry and demanding better service for things to get done.

This also happens ALL the time. Not just a once off. It is actually easier to go into the bank myself and get things done. Then what is the point in paying for private banking?

I am now more than ever considering changing banks but then what will the next bank be like?
