Capitec doesn't care

I contacted Capitec's centralized collections department in February to request for my loan installment to be rescheduled, and was advised to call back this month so that my request could be actioned. I spoke to a call centre agent called Allen, who yet again advised me to re-apply next month.
I could barely afford this month's installment, but Capitec doesn't care. Allen advised me that he "will put a remark on the system indicating the installment I can afford". That REALLY doesn't help me. He then proceeded to interrupt me, and started arguing with me. I seriously don't see how this helps me. I need someone to contact me urgently, as this type of service is not acceptable.
