I was helped by a lady named Nomfundo. She was obnoxious and rude. She made me feel like MiWay was doing me a favour by letting me be their client. I wanted to move all my insurance to another company. I was really mad. I phoned again to complain about Nomfundo and Jaydene answered. She was the first person I spoke to that made me feel like a person. She went out of her way to help me and she is the reason that i haven't moved my policy. If it wasn't for her i would have left.
