Waitng Over A Month For Assistance

I cannot login to my online account and have contacted their service department and have spoken to operators, team leaders, supervisors and managers and they have informed me that they will pass this matter onto their IT Department and will be rectified in 3 days and get back to me, this was over a month ago so i phone today to be put on hold for 20 minutes with no success. I have also sent emails and have received auto reply saying that i will be contacted in 3 working days which i am still waiting. Service is shocking and will never again finance a vehicle through WESBANK again. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE FROM WESBANK DO YOUR JOB AND ASSIST!!
