Extremely bad service delivery on quote request

On 26 Mar I enquired about a quote for our BMW X3 (2010 model) with Rayan Ramnarain. He duly responded on same day. I queried the quote with him as it was a lot more (R639.30 vs R1012.99) than our BMW X5 (2008 model) that has a policy in place already. Rayan advised me that it was due to increases. I find a 58% increase very unusual, in fact unacceptable! Rayan then put me on the line with his supervisor Mohammed who informed me that he will look into it and call me back. This was on 28 Mar and to date I have had no further feedback from Hollard re my enquiry and I have sent a reminder email on 2 April to Rayan. On 4 Apr I logged a website complaint to which the Digital Team responded requesting my current policy number (strange as I supplied my ID number which should be enough to trace my policy). I responded on 5 Apr with my policy number and to date have had no further response. At this time I am seriously considering cancelling the policy already in place as if this is the service I get when wanting to give money to Hollard, what will the service be like when I need money from Hollard!!
