I have send the complain e mail to wesbank on the 28 Nov 13 explaining my frustration the way my account was handled in their legal department and i got the call on the 3 Dec 13 I spoke to OTSILE who couldn't explain my questions I instructed him to escalate my query to Wesbank complains department till today i am still waiting for a call from Wesbank Complains department
They always promise they will respond to the queries in 3 working days and is now 6 working days.
please Wesbank call me regarding my query
