I recently financed a vehicle through Wesbank from a CMH dealership, I am having endless mechanical problems with the car and I called Wesbank for their assistance and they just threw me to the wolves. Apparently the only person that will help is the FNI at the dealership, so I called her but the FNI works for the dealership!!! so she takes instructions from the dealership!!! I have had finance with ABSA before, and when I had a problem they stepped in to help and the dealership satisfied me due to ABSA's involvement, but Wesbank literally told me its my problem, they are not able to assist. the reason we finance is partially because of the thought of having the bank or finance house on your side should a problem arise, but don't hope for that with Wesbank!!! I will never, in my life, use Wesbank EVER AGAIN and I suggest you do the same. they are not able to help you enforce the CPA, so rather use a finance house that will. Trust me, you need assistance when a problem like this arises. Wesbank is for the dealership, they know the dealership is bringing them money, they will never help you!
