While I am very quick to turn to HelloPeter regarding poor service today I need to compliment a staff member of Discovery Insure. Tumelo contacted me yesterday to discuss the Discover Insure offering. Being very particular in having a lot of information at my disposal before making a decision I sent a number of queries and requests to him last night.
By about 10:45 this morning I had received responses and explanations to all my queries and for this I am incredibly grateful. I had a few more questions after this and all were answered timeously.
Although the premiums that resulted were not competitive compared to what I am currently paying and my good claims history over the last 10 years I am very impressed with the level of service that I received from Tumelo.
