HIGHLY unprofessional conduct!!!

I went to the San Ridge branch in Midrand on Tuesday to increase my EAP limit. I stood in a very lengthy enquiries line only to be told once I got to the front that I had to go to the teller. After standing in a very long line at the teller I was told to go back to enquiries! Eventually somebody at enquiries "assisted" me and ensured me that the limit had been increased as per my request. It is now TWO DAYS later and the limit still has NOT been increased!

I have tried numerous times to contact the branch via telephone to no avail. I eventually got in contact with a very friendly lady at the central customer care number (0860 101 341) who also tried contacting the branch. She was told by the gentlemen on duty at the branch that there was a death in his family so he would not be attending to any calls and that I should call back in an hour! While I sympathise with the gentlemen, I do not appreciate the lack of service displayed by ALL at the San Ridge branch. I am a paying customer who expects customer service and I do not appreciate the inconvenience that the staff at the San Ridge branch have put me through! I will be switching banks with immediate effect!
