My vehicle has been in the outsurance designated repair shop over 2 wks and is not repaired. the repair shop they sent it to assessed the damage incorrectly and didn't even have a clue how to start the vehicle. Dealing with the assessors is a disaster and every time I query things I don't get a straight truthful answer. this is the worst example of disgusting service and a total lack of accountability, I was warned that Outsurance are famous for bad service but quite honestly this is unbelievable.
