Megan heart at Outsurance clasims department was supposed to let us know what time to fetch the car that was my telecon with her. when I contacted DME Autobosies at 3pm the vehicle had been ready since early morning. we had to rush through as they were closing at 4 pm. we actually got outstanding service fro DME Autobodies. The problem all along was Outsurance as Dme has to wait for the instructions from outsurance whos service was very slow and very unhelpfull. I had To Pay 750 fir the rental car only getting 150. back because I had to take out extra insurance from avis on in case the windscreen or the vehicle got chipped. I feel the whole responsibility with Outsurance as the vehicle was not Damaged at the Police Pound when it get into outsurances hands it got a lot of damage. Luckily DME sorted that out for me with no help from Outsurance. I do feel they should refund me the R600 as I did not want to take a rental but had to because of outsurances delays and the damage to my Vehicle. I at this Stage feel it is better to take my insurance elsewhere. there services does not work for me. Everyone at outsurance is very unhelpfull
