Nobody knows who can assist with query

I am a victim of identity. I was notified by ITC that an enquiry has been done on my profile by Maravedi Financial Solutions on 24 March 2013.

None of the call centre agents can assist (neither JD group nor Maravedi). It is ridiculous. All I want to know is where the enquiry was done and who can I advise that I have not applied for any products with them. Surely one of their systems can tell them which of their branches did the enquiry and what it was for.

I am not a customer nor have I applied for any sort of credit card or personal loan with Maravedi Financial Solutions
