I called my branch this morning to do a payment reversal, the lady advised that they can not do it telephonically i need to go into the branch so they can identify me. What a load of nonsens, they can confirm security questions and assist then. My ID photo is 16 years old, i most definitely do not look like that anymore. Why can it not be done telephonically? It is such a waste to go into the bank, wait for more than an hour in the que???
