Over Charged on Bank Charges

I recently open my new Business Banking account at FNB Umgeni Junction, I was told i would be registered for eBucks, which i was not, and that my "fixed Bank Charges Fees" would be R169 (one hundred and sixty nine rands only).
after receiving my statements via email, i have noticed that i have paid out more than R1000 in bank charges.
I then proceeded to the FNB Pavillion Branch, where i was told that i was not registered for this R169 Plan instead i wasnt registered for any plan, and my eBucks account was not activated.
my question, Who is to "fit the bill", with regards to the bank chargers and who is going to reimburse me for all the eBucks i have lost to date.
No one is prepared to attend to my problem as i am a young business lady, and i feel that i am been "brushed off".
All i ask for is what is promised by FNB.
