Poor Service No Ebucks Wrong/Extra Bank Charges

1. Bank Charges - The gold cheque is a flat fee of R100 for the unlimited option that I chose.
14 November charges were fine R49.00 and value added serv fee R0.68
20 November Charges acc fee R9.80
14 December - Acc Fee R24.00 service fee R108.40 value added fee R 2.18
14 January - Acc Fee R30.00 Service fee R96.70 value added fee R4.22
I am charged for every transaction on this account, how is that possible when I chose the unlimited option when opening the cheque account on the 22/11/2013
2. Ebucks - I have sat and calculated every cent I spent from November and December which totals to around R22000.00 and I have 23 Ebucks no call centre agent can explain that
From the 22/11/2013 to 30/11/2013 I have spent R 9355.07 25%on fuel from Engine garages
December 2013 I have spent R11510.55 25% on fuel aswell, I only u fill up at engine garages for ebucks. Bottom line i will not go into a branch to sort this out i want to be refunded for all the extra charges and i want all my ebucks. My account is in minus because of this. Please get someone professional to call me not someone who does not know what they are doing. Please resolve this matter urgently...
