Outrageous billing and bad customer service

They sent an sms on the 15 th to say they cannot find my insurance papers. i emailed them, faxed them every day since then because they said they are going to increase my instalment. i went to a branch in person on saturday the 19th . they told me to call the call center. which i did over and over again. emailing and faxing my insurance to them. i had to follow up with them. everytime they gave me excuses that they get a lot of faxes /emails. i called them 4 times yesterday for the superviosor who never called me back because i have proof that i sent their request on time. and guess what they increased my instalment. and i cannot get hold of anyone who can assist me just excuses
