Unauthorized debit orde

On the 15th September 2013, my instalment was increase by R855.32, when i enquire i was told that it was for Vehicle insurance which i have no idea why it was deducted. I mean how on a big institution like ABSA can do such stupid and unproffesional mistake? No one called or e-mail me to request a proof of insurance. After been with the bank for more than 13 years, this is the kind of service i get from the bank? They ask me to sent the proof of insurance which i did, and my question is why they did not contact me before they force me to take their insurance? i am so off because this will be a big Inconvenience for my finance. I would like ABSA to refund me with Immediate effect, because i have my own insurance and i would like to use my money for other thing. I am not going to be inconvenience because of thier blunder.
