Discovery Insure has been deducting money for insurance since January from my account.
I made an enquiry in December about insurance for my car and house hold.
I was contacted by a consultant and she sent me documentation which I looked at.
She called me again and asked me what my decision was, I told her as it is December and I was going on leave I will look at it in January. And left it at that I never contacted her again nor did she contact me.
Then I noticed that they were deducting from my bank account, I signed no authorization at any stage.
After contacting them they admitted that I did not authorize anything, now they want me to get my confirmation from my current insurer to confirm that I am insured and then only will they refund my monies. I'm utterly disgusted by this and I want them to refund my money and the interest incurred with immediate effect.
