This was a dual insurance claim between Standard bank and Discovery Insure. Standard bank paid on the 3rd November 2012 after they supplied Discovery insure with all the details.
I queried Discovery Insure regarding their payment on the:
7 November - Phoned them and confirmed they will refund me in 3 days
22 November - Phoned explained the whole story again and they confirmed they will refund in 3 days
5 December - Phoned in explained the whole story again and now Insure needs documentation
5 December - Send attached documents and confirmed all is in order for a refund in 3 days
12 December - Phoned explained the whole story again and they confirmed they will refund in 3 days
30 December- Phoned explained the whole story again and they confirmed they will refund in 3 days
2 January - Phoned explained the whole story again and they confirmed they will refund in 3 days
9 January- Did not have to explain the story but Finance department has still not paid and I need to wait another 3 days
This is how professional their call centre agents are and incompetent their Finance department who is not doing what should be done.
