I have been trying to contact the FNB Call centre to get a quotes for insurance and have not been able to get through to the lines since last week, I cannot understand they do business when the lines are always keeping callers on hold,
I got through to someone once on Wednesday and the guy told me his system is being fixed and he will call me back, I am still waiting for that call, ( I did not write the guys name down)
Today I have waiting 25 minutes on one occasion and eventually had to carry on with my work,
This service is really terrible!
