On the 22.08.13 l registered a claim with Abdul Khader from Virgin insurance. He then explained to me to send him documentation so that he could assess and pay out the claim asap. I managed to get all the documentation he asked for together and sent it to him via fax on the 23.08.13 but the fax failed to go through also l attempted to contact him but failed to get hold of him. I then called again the 24. 08.13 and l was notified that he was off work. I eventually got hold of him on the 26.08.13 and he explained to me that their phone lines was down, l then told him that l can accept that their phone lines was down but it was still his responsibility to let me know what was going on but instead he makes me wait 2 extra days not knowing what was wrong. He then tells me call me to finalize the claim on the 28.08.13 and l asked him to contact me the morning and hes response was "ill just call you Wednesday" and so he did, he calls me @ the end of bussiness day and l took it as him saying " you". In the end my claim had a turn around time of 9 days where their policy promises 3-4 days. I am so disapointed.
