No service delivery

I needed to get a new credit card. Assuming it would take me an hour (max) to get this sorted out, I decided to do this errand during my lunch break which ended up draining me of over two and a half very productive (this is sarcasm, just in case you struggle to read emotion) hours consisting of staring at your unfriendly staff and reading your 'We are here to assist you' deceitful posters.

I can not wait to move to a better bank!
