I just purchased a Citroen DS5 from AutoHaus Global, chatted to Magda who sold me a service plan for 100 000 kilometres cost of R 9858.58, this i thought was my ticket to trouble free motoring... i then phoned to enquire about the brakes on my car and was told those would only be looked at around 25000 to 30 000 kilometres, my car was compared to some lame ford bakkie as an example... people these clowns are not their for your trouble free maintanence as you can see by the number of complaints above mine.i had the honour of speaking to Receiver a claims administrator who clearley has no customer retention skills and is an absolute asset to his company.the problem here itself is that you really don't know what you are buying, i also opted for their tyre plan and have cancelled that as well one only has to read between the lines as to wheather you will get paid for your maintennece or not be aware . i have cancelled lets see what story comes out with this as that takes another 2 days and people cant tell you what the policy is what a up
