Service plan expiry

Hi There

I sent innovation group an e-mail 2 months ago to enquire about my service plan with you. My car needs to go for a 90, 000km service, and when I called this morning, I was told that my service plan had expired on 75, 000km already.

No e-mail, no letter to inform me the service plan had expired, no nothing. This is pathetic customer service to say the least.

I thought my service plan was up until 90, 000km, clearly this is not the case.

When I called the customer service centre, I was told by Palesa that she will get back to me shortly, it is now 13:35 and still no phonecall.

I have requested my service plan contract, however, if I receive such pathetic service, then do I really still want to extend my service plan with Innovation.

Insurance people are quick to take your money at the end of each month, but they cannot get back to their customers as fast as getting their money every month.

I want someone to please give me a call ASAP.
