WAITING FOR 3 DAYS FOR A CALL. NO RESPONSE

Well, Outsurance has this beautiful "amend your facility" webpage where you basically enter your details and they will phone you as soon as possible. NO SUCH LUCK. I only want to amend my facility (that is, change my address) however, this is day three, with three attempts to contact them (ref no: 21377735 and 21382203) (I did not write down the first reference no)

Discovery on the other hand has exactly the same service, got a response from them within 8 minutes, so, yes, moving over to them then. I believe that we are advanced enough to complete a simple task such as this.
