Good day i would just like to commend the above person for delivering excellent service after working hours.what happened was my card was lost and i made a new card wich gave me problems when trying to withdraw money. After numerous times to the bank with no proper assistance i was finally sent to her which came like an angel and even though it was time for her to leave she wasnt in a rush at all and when i got to her i was really furious, but she just smiled and gave me really good service. There should be more people like that that actually stands on the Ethics that the company wants. Well done!!!
