I have a loan with Capitec the deduct money on the 25th but at work they changed my pay day to 27th, so Im just waiting for the 27th so that the money will appear on my bank statememnt then I would take the bank statement to the branch as I was advised by them to that before, But a min ago I just received a call from 0333427893 and that lady that phoned was very rude, When she called as she was asking the phone got cut off, and I was about to call her back but she phoned and I picked she was very rude did not even give me a chance to explain why the phone got cut off, I do not think that is a good way to treat a client I mean I have never missed one payment so I do not appreciate being treated like that.
