ABSA have no idea about service

I have been dealing with ABSA regarding my grandfather's late estate since January 2013. The most unorganized bank i have ever come across, no one wants to take responsibilty for anything, first they tell you do this and then you do it and then they tell sorry but you should have done this, everything i have done is what they have told me and every time i go back it a different story. I have just sat in the bank again as i was told to come and do the transactions. only to be told when i get there no it can't be done this is after sitting there for an hour. how many more times to they plan to do this and when you ask to see the manager they tell you sorry you will have to come back.
