Anxiously Waiting for people who are on Holiday

Unfortunately my query came on the month of the long weekends and holidays. No one at the Regent office to retrive my sales call and confirm car hire. No one to re-assess my vehicle, no one to phone me back and tell me what is going on. No decision makers whatsoever. Just a long wait. for unreachable managent that has gone on leave for the easter holidays. I, the Poor client remains stranded and grounded over the holidays.
