I have been calling Regent for the past few days and there's no answer. I am really not happy with the service I received, even when I returned the car those people asked me if I got my car back and they were shocked that I did not get an extension at least. I am thinking of cancelling my insurance as soon I get my car. I will for an insurance that will be able to assist me in time of need.
My question is why do I pay for car hire every month if it will not assist me when I need to use it. I still have a problem that I was advised that my car will be fixed in 3 weeks it's been over a month and I am still waiting. The regent people made me feel like, if you were me, how would you feel?
I know that I still have to pay for access if though it was not my fault, and no one has called to tell about the investigation. I feel it's going to be one of those things were they say they could not find the guy even though his details are there. I seriously did not expect this from Regent, they have opened my eyes and I thank them for doing that.
this is the second complaint no one bothered to call me, it's like they do not care. sum companies they call on the same day.
