Unfair practice

I called in on the 19th of march asking for a settlement. An amount was calculated. It was then paid the same day. I was told no further debits would go off and if it did I must call in to get it reversed. So now the debit has gone off and I called in only to be told that the debit also includes your settlement. This was not what was told to me in he first place... I want the debit returned... Please pull your calls to confirm this.
