We have never received such great service from a bank. We walked in with a crisis and Tshepo Bambo (Team Leader- customer service) explained all the services that Standard Bank can provide us with. Everything from internet banking, the benefits and the features of a business account all done patiently and professionally.
From a clients perspective I would definitely recommend clients/ customers to use the Standard bank (Silverton Branch) as their preferred branch. They are quick on their feet and they overflow with knowledge of their industry, not to mention that they always go an extra mile.
We at the Loveworx Movement pride ourselves with Tshepo Bambo's brilliant service, were supprised to hear that he is a team leader and not on a management position.
