Not So Smart Housing Plans

On the 28/02/2013 I submitted all my documents to FNB for a loan. The gentleman was very helpful.
He directed me towards 0860762278 for feedback. When I called that number, they said i needed to fax a further 2 documents. I emailed it & faxed it on 06/03/2013. The next day i phoned again & a different agent said I needed to fax /email again - yet again I did both. She said I'd get an SMS in a few days time & when I didn't she said they still busy. I phoned again last week & the lady says I must send the documents again. When I told her it was 2 weeks already & I faxed & emailed twice, she said she'd get back to me ..I'm still waiting.
I'm in the process of drawing up a petition with my fellow employees and then approaching our Company to pull away from this initiative with FNB as we previously had excellent service from other banks!
