Website #'s Wrong, "Chat-to-us" link not working

I need to submit a claim. please advise how???

1. Called 0860 11 12 41, number not working.
2. Clicked on Chat-to-us link, not working.
3. Called 0860 10 91 93, and sales lady said im in cape town office now, and tried to connect me, without success.
4. she said that a claim supervisor will call me "within the hour", which has already passed...

Please advise how to submit a claim
